MEET BILL I was born and raised in Youngstown Ohio, I have learned at an early age all the values and ethics from my parents and grandparents that I carry with me today. I've learned early in business to be level headed, but I also have learned to be aggressive and to the point when needed. At the age of thirteen I started working after school and weekends at my Uncles car dealeship. This taught me accountability, performance duties, the value of money and work ethics in business. A graduate from Youngstown State University in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Business and real estate. ( Go YSU Penguins ) I moved to central Florida in 1988 and worked with a large Fortune 500 fast food company for 10 yrs. and got more experience with understanding peoples needs and concerns. After knowing my love for the Real Estate Market I made the transition and received my Real Estate License in Florida in 1997 and began working with Watson Realty Corporation. This has fulfilled my dreams and the dreams of my customers, which many have grown into true friendships, it has been a lovely ride. I, my wife Linda and our doggy J.C. live and play in central Florida. We enjoy going to Walt Disney World, New Smyrna Beach, Corvette shows, bike riding, and being with our families. I am an active member of St.John's Greek Orthodox church, an active member of the Greek Pan-Icarian brotherhood of America. A 100 year old greek organization from the Island of Icaria Greece, who come together once a year to celebrate their heritage and have a big fat greek party. OPA! Since starting in Real Estate, I have consistently been a Member of the Silver Pinnacle Club ( over 5 million dollars in sales). I am an active member of the Osceola county Association of Realtors, the Orlando Association of Realtors, Volusia county Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
